The National Trust - Minchinhampton and Rodborough Commons
Fabulous views and great walks. From Rodborough Common you can see across the Severn Vale to the Forest of Dean and the Welsh hills in the background. Plus it is also known for its wild flowers and butterflies.
Minchinhampton Common has burial mounds and the remains of a defensive earthworks known as The Bulwarks.

Open to the public from May to September on Thursdays and Sundays from 2 - 5 pm (Last tours start at 4.30 pm).

Only open on certain days in each month so check the website (visit us) for more information. Also note there is only disabled parking - you will have to park on the cycle path car park in Nailsworth and walk down to the centre via the cycle path.
