Founded in 1905, the Magic Circle is an organisation for professional magicians. Although joining the club is not easy - you have to be proposed by an existing member and pass an examination - serious and young aspiring magicians can join the Young Magicians club for a fee of £25.00 where they will get the chance to meet professional magicians. However, the Magic Circle does host regular "Meet the Magic circle" events, which are open to the public, at their headquarters in London. Full details on the site.
